Beyond Behavior Consulting, LLC is dedicated to providing quality ABA services in the least restrictive environment to facilitate behavior change and enhance quality of life. We believe when given the skills and opportunity, children with Autism and other intellectual disabilities can learn to thrive in the world around them. Beyond Behavior Consulting continuously expands services to create a comprehensive, supportive, foundation to growth.
How did we begin?
​Beyond Behavior Consulting was founded in 2014 by Jennifer Silva and Danielle McGurk. Jenn and Danielle began their careers in the Behavioral Health Services industry and continued their education into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. As they developed and understanding of the principles of ABA and began to see the change that it created in the lives of their clients and families, they knew it was essential to bring services and disseminate information to families and educators in Northeast PA. Hence, Beyond Behavior Consulting was born.
With a background in early childhood, elementary, and special Education, Joanna partnered with Jennifer and Danielle to establish Beyond Behavior Autism Center. Center Based Services began in early 2018 and provides in center, comprehensive treatment and education to children with Autism based on the principles of ABA in a dynamic, fun, supportive environment.

We believe in incorporating a fun and dynamic environment to build functional life skills and help children reach their full potential.
Growth and Progress
Beyond Behavior Consulting has been ever expanding to meet the needs of our clients!
Our ABA program currently has over 90 clients!
Our individualized comprehensive Center Based Program began in 2018.
Our enrichment programs and summer camps began in 2018 and are always growing!
Our School Based Programs began services local school districts in 2019.
Our Speech, Occupational and Feeding Therapy began in 2021.
Our programs department started in 2021 and we love to get families together to engage in different events like SkyZone jump days and trips to Robas! See our events on the calendar on the home page!
Our Group Center Based Program opened in 2022!
We began servicing children in the Head Start Program in 2022.
Our After-School ABA Outside the Classroom began in 2024!
